What was the problem with yours XR06T and what was the cost to get fixed? Edited 13/05/09 04:55 AM by morrieturbo

Took it back to the dealer (I had the car for about four weeks)they took three weeks to fix it, replaced second gear, shaft, bearings etc so they recon, cost them 4 grand so they recon. Got it back yesterday and it is the same if not worse. It happens doing about 30-40 kays at about 1000rpm (city driving), slow shifting, it pops out and grinds, sounds awful and makes you look like a real dik. A mate who is a mechanic recons it could be the detense springs and balls that hold the gear shift in place or something like that. Anyway its going back to the dealer and ill be left driving a focus for the next three weeks, not happy.
