We have no idea who these guys are (except James Morrsion somewhat) so personal jokes aren't funny.

Exactly. Not only the jokes, but even when they are just talking about opinions on cars. eg, they talk as if we all know that the mo guy loves aston martins. Like, hello, when was I supposed to have found that out? I don't even know if its true. Is it just a coincidence that clarkson also loves aston martins, or did the mo man get assigned the role of 'aston martin lover' before the show even started and we're just expected to smile and go along with it?

And I don't like it when the call the Stig Stig-o.

Other than that, I still think its much improved this season.
