Close Call With The Ute Last Night

Hey guys,

I thought id share with you what almost could of been a nightmare for me.

Well late last night I awoke to a loud bang at the time had no idea what it was so went back to sleep but

when I got up in the morning and went out side, The carport celling

had given way and only just missed my ute, very lucky indeed.

I found one on ebay mate

I think you need to mow the lawn, its even growing up through the drain :3gears:

I know, the guy that cuts my grass is a lil *beep* he knows when im at work and comes when im not home, so I cant catch him and say hey *beep* do the weeds also lol

Go buy yourself a lottery ticket charlie, real lucky there mate. What happened, did it get waterlogged from a leaky roof or not enough adhesive or screws on panel ?

im a plasterer and that has defiantly had a lot of water leaking onto it, the amount of mould on the sheet of gyprock tells the tale of a leaking roof. im surprised its stayed up as long as it has, if it didnt have cornice around it holding it up (most have a timber bead), it would of fell along time ago
