My mate copped a random drug test, cop asked "you don't do drugs do you", mate replies "no", cop is like well that's good then.

Like seriously are you going to openly admit to taking drugs to a cop anyway.

Funniest one was when getting pulled over after 6 schooners (gold license).

Dropping mates home on the way home from the pub. Anyway leaving first mates street cop car goes past stops I turn right they follow. Proceed to the next intersection turn right cop has to wait for a car coming down the hill.

Cruise on slowly up the road waiting for the cop to catch up. Finally disco lights come on. She comes up to the car mates pissed as farts, asks me how much I've had to drink which I reply 6 schooners but I'd had my last at 11pm and it was now around 2:30am and I felt sober so all was good. Anyway after saying that she checks the car over (bog stock corona). Checks my rego sticker, lights, license to make sure I'm not a p-plater and then finally does the RBT.

To my surpise I blow a massive reading of 0.00, she tests me again same result. The look on her face was priceless. I knew I was sober but thought I'd atleast get some kind of reading. With much disdain she announces I'm fine to leave.

I don't condone drink driving nor would I ever attempt it and it just gave me the sh*ts that she assumed just because I'd had a substantial amount of booze I'd be dui.

I'd be surprised if they can book you whilst on private property. But that said, if a mm of your car went onto public roads you'd be a goner...

Private land/property does present an occasional problem, though usually overcome with ease.

And burnout on private land, well your own backyard 'yes', a car park that belongs to MacDonalds 'no'.

A couple of years ago there was some big blitz targetting people breaking into homes. On the way home one rainy saturday night, I got pulled over 4 times by 4 different coppers. None of them did nothing, just checked my car over and checked my licence and that was it. By the last one, I was cracking up laughing cause I thought it was quite funny, that I had gotten pulled over 4 times in the one night.

He asked me what I found so funny, I told him about the previous 3 times I had been pulled over.. He then proceeded to tell me about the blitz they were doing and then said, "we pulled over cause you were driving at 60 k/h on this street". I said.. "that's the speed limit isnt ?" HE then said, "oh yeah, but no one ever does it on this street so we felt you were suspicious".

Right, so I got pulled over cause I was doing the speed limit and driving normally and that was 'suspicious'.. .

When the laws first came out on drugs a mate of mine got pulled over (I was in the passenger seat) and ask that question, "Not at the moment" was his reply. I'm like you f*cking dumbarse, the cop had a sense of humour thank god so it was all good. :spoton:

I was pulled over after I went past a booze bus the other day (Monday at 7pm), as I was driving past the bus they all greased me off wishing that I had been stopped, so they sent the VE hwy patrol after me, I was pulled over and they gave me a breath test passed no problem, then they gave me the drug test, he told me to turn my car off as it may take a while. did the normal process gave him the white stick and let him put it in the tester, after about 5 minutes the guy cop looks at the chick cop with a cheeky grin and shows her the tester, I said whats wrong? she goes nothing you look paranoid have you got something to hide, I knew I had none in my system but still had me fearing the tester was wrong, they paused for a while and then said that I was fine. The chick cop then asked how fast I had gone in my car, I told her 100 on the freeway :spoton: she then replied 100 and what? I laughed and they let me go.

Then again I got pulled over last Saturday night and the cops suspected me a committing a crime in the area because I was wearing an Adidas jacket (how many people wear Adidas jackets?), I was raging as I was on my way home from the city & was not involved at all and did not want to leave me car on the side of the road. Anyways everything cleared up and I was fine, the cop then asked me the same question, how fast have you gone? I told him the same thing 100, he replied "come on you can tell me, I won't care I mean who hasn't done 180km/h on the street before?" I laughed and told him I'm still wearing the engine in buddy and he let it slide & as a drunk guy was walking past, the cop then begun imitating the drunk guy and the chick cop told him to stop, was pretty funny. They then let me go and told me they would call if they needed anything.

Why do all cops ask me this, and has anyone else been asked the same question? and can they do anything if I tell them around the $2.50 mark? :spoton:
