I'm here in Brisbane for attachment for 2 years and I'm left with just a year.that said with the time constraint, the most I can do will be the normal mods. fuel pump, injectors, exhaust, air filter and a flash? is it the same for a xr6t?how much gain will I see from that? enough to break the t5?there are not alot of mk II in the market currently for me to choose from either. If you want to mod the car go the 6sp. that way you're sure it will last. Otherwise be prepared to have the box let go on you, and then you're up for either a rebuild or conversion. It'll cost you less to get the 6sp and have the piece of mind than buy the 5sp and have it blow up in your face. Also I service my car every 5k, personally I wouldn't go over 7.5k in between services, especially in modded cars.Howsee
