Wobble ended 3/8 extension and a 14mm short socket works a treat. I take it your talking bout the 14mm nuts that hold the turbo to the manifold so I think others are getting confused with 13mm bolts that hold turbo to housing. The back lower 14mm nut and stud usually end up sitting on the top of the engine mount when they fall out so have a look before you go buy one. Putting a gasket in there is better than having no gasket too.

Yep I'm definitely talking about the 14mm turbo to manifold nuts.

The front bottom one where you have to get to it from the rear is a real PITA!

The other 3 were pretty simple to get to, but that front bottom one.. MAN!

I've bought angled spanners, 3/8 uni joint, 1/4" uni joint and socket set, various square ended extension bars.

HOPEFULLY these wobble bars will do the trick (yes I bought 1 in 1/4" drive and one in 3/8" drive to be sure).

yea that front bottom one I found it verry easy to take the top front bolt rite out then take the 3 bolts that hold the actuator on then movie this out the way but still leave the rear rod connected... then get a 14mm rachet spaner in there and maby make a longer poll so you can get it tight...

just tightened all the bolts. I used two short 3/8" extensions and a uni joint on the end to get to that bastard bolt.

I wanted to put the nissan lock tabs on, but could only get one onto the bottom rear nut (which was the only nut/stud which was about to disappear), oh well I guess every 10-15k will have to do.

Does anyone out there make a replacement manifold that retains the factory dump pipe? I just snapped a stud in my manifold and I'm sick of m having an exhaust leek every other month. I want to fix this one last time. I have found Nord locks stopped the nuts working loose now the hole stud just drops out. Just to be clear I'm talking about the 4 studs that hold the turbo to the manifold. I spoke with Ford and they said they just fit what ever is lying around . I think that's how they designed the manifold. Oh look here is a NA manifold fit a flange on it and she will be sweet damn ford and there short cuts.

I am having the same problem as we speak.. I argued with ford about the piss poor fact that 2 studs had fallen out and top 2 nuts were loose.. They fixed the problem.. and I argued over the cost and got the labour bill cut in half.. only months later (NOW) I can hear the leak again and know the nuts are loose.. Booked into ford to be re-tightened or whatever is needed on monday and I have told them I will not be paying for their work.. and if it comes loose again before the due service it will be being returned again.. Also I am after a manifold that will eliminate this problem.. if anyone knows please share your information!
