I've contributed twice to the value of $100. I've also purchased merchandise.I figure that $100/yr + merchandise is reasonable.I love this site like life itself, but I'd like to see two things happen:1. Regular, non-donating members chip in2. This site to be run more like a business to avoid regular "crisis" posts.I appreciate the problems we're having, but I just can't keep donating every month, sorry. What the old hairy one said - except I would hate to see anyone excluded or made to feel bad because they genuinely couldn't afford to donate.Still, I guess I can go another $50 - will fix it up tomorrow. Some obviously can give more than others, and I don't mind chipping in when possible.

Guest anycolouraslongas Guests Posted 05/04/04 11:39 AM Share Posted 05/04/04 11:39 AM Having had a jesting dig (for which I have administered a good and proper b**ch slapping of myself for - and had to stop coz I started to enjoy it) maybe with all those sharp minds and higher intellects out there - after all everyone here either has, is buying, intending to or dreaming about a ford - which says a great deal, we could collectively come up with some ideas to take the pressure off donations, after all a good idea to raise money is just as good as giving it. One of the things that struck me while lurking on here was how friendly everyone was and willing to share their knowledge and I for one am looking forward to a long and fun association with the site and those on it and would like to see it grow and get better, which I'm sure is being plannned right at this very moment. Now I'll go back and lurk for a while
