I too have a rattly TEX twin plate that has that SCREETCH . Not that I know mutch about clutches but I am told that the noise is just the plates initial slip as it get sworn . I am waiting on a blue light to stop me thinking I am letting the tryes go .

All that said the power to ground is great , have had it in for 12k .

lol good ol textralia... making quite a rep for themselves with screechy rattly setups.

a good mates got a tex twin plate in his TT 6L Thunder ute, it screeches, grinds, hops, jumps and the vibration from the clutch when going up a gear on boost is disgusting.

Oh not to mention that's the 2nd replacement due to the first one falling apart after 2000kms.

haha me too! sounds very similar to screeching tyres, does yours still screech though after that many k's? im taking my ute back to who installed the clutch because I asked for a clutch that WILL NOT shudder because I have to drive it everyday and unfortunatly it is the shudder king!

Yeah , the skreetch has goten worse with age . If I do not concentrate at take off or sit at the lights with my foot on the clutch the shudder is there . I must say though I do not think it is as bad as when it first went in , that maybe due to getting used to it . I wouldnt get another one when this one shags itself .
