OK.

I'll say it.

Nizpro has a proven cooler ( it may not be available yet, I don't know) that Simon from Xtreme in W.A. has put over 600rwkW through.

Depending on your budget and time frame required, I believe this is the highest output, proven intercooler for the FG to date.

Glad to be proven wrong but I haven't seen evidence to the contrary anywhere.

No I'm just asking the question so I can buy the best one and not have to have the hassle of spending heaps on all different sorts that's all. Everyone claims their's is the best but I have not seen any research to back up their claims. I've heard of people saying that the f6 cooler is no better than the standard turbo, which I find hard to believe! Why would FPV come up with something that would be worse than the standard one? Anyways I will hopefully get enough feedback and do some more research before I decide. thanks

sorry mate I was talkin to Benny he has been waiting for the nizpro cooler since he bought he's FG last year :hiwelcome:

I believe the Niz FG cooler is around 2-4 weeks away till its available to be purchased.. was chatting to the boys there on Monday about the FG products while the ute was getting tuned. Best to give them a call Alex if you want more details.

Cheers

Our06t (Paul),

I'm hearing your comments. I'm stinging to get something but as alexr8 has said no one has given any solid figures showing their intercoolers flow rates and temp drops. I'm willing to be patient until I'm convinced there is a product that is a proven performer.

Alexr8,

The reasoning I can see why the F6 cooler may not be that much better than the standard XR6T cooler is the core is thinner on the F6 unit and the cooler is quite tall and I don't think the top section of the cooler is flowing that much air.

Theres a few products due for release.

Nizpro has been 2-4 weeks away since release.

Plazmaman has announced one on their website too.

To compare all the FG coolers on the market and find a best... They would have to be released first.

Only then can you compare, but the end of the day.... what are you looking for... value, looks or performance goals...

Correct me if im wrong RDP, but I believe that was on a stock car. I heard that on a tuned car there was even more difference, but only RDP could provide the finer details.
