used to run rich as believe it or not. It was funny it just wouldnt make anymore power no matter what was done. It actually made a touch more power on the 17psi tune I had at the same time but the other was quicker. Once we put the plenum on it changed power delivery & we cant stop it making power as the end result shows. Just silly.

I have to add when changing to an aftermarket plenum you more than likely wont see similar results as we did with mine. I dont have an explanation to why such a big jump in power. I can more than feel it as far as seat of pants feel & it was on the same dyno obviously.

Every car as most of us realise are different & react differently to different mods. It worked for me & cant recommend the product enough but if you do fit it & you dont see a stupid/ridicleous results dont be irritated or frustrated. I was over the moon after the first retune when it made an extra 10+kw on 3 - 4 less psi. This is probably the best advertisment for changing to an aftermarket plenum. that's the type of results that you should hope out of a product. Even though some say you dont need them til your looking at over 400 any less stress that's put on the eng is a bonus in my opinion.

I'd go either Nizpro or Process West because the Plazmaman item requires you to drill out the holes in the lower section.

better spool up ok, minimal though...., better power @ less boost.... who cares? there is a limit of pwr the stockos turb will go anywayz, and it will do it with the standard plenum.

You all there Sausage tits??

A Plenum will allow the tuner to make similar power and in most cases MORE power with LESS BOOST, therefor taking strain off the rods and making for a safer motor.

Yes the stock plenum will goto 400, choking its ass off and ringing your turbo's neck to do it risking your motor.

I'd go either Nizpro or Process West because the Plazmaman item requires you to drill out the holes in the lower section.

And once you have fitted a Plazmaman Plenum you would never return it to standard again so drilling

the lower manifold out to fit it is not any problem.

Fitting the Plazmaman plenum on my near stock BA along with HDI Cooler resulted in dropping my ET from 13.9 @ 98mph

to 12.9 @ 116mph with fuel surge problems in a manual.

I choose the Plazmaman plenum over the PW as I preferred the angle of enterance as it doesn't by pass the

first port as per the PW does and it has better enterance into each port where as the PW has raised venturi

which would disrupt the flow into the runners, plus the plazmaman looks cleaner.

that's my option and why I made my choice.

I have seen many PW car make power though and also Nizpro Cobra.

So it is a choice each will need to make on there own as they all make good power required for good street & Track performance.

There's plenty of people who return their car to standard when it comes time to sell it.
