I love the car, but these problems are really getting to me, especially 1 and 2..

1. Brake Shudder

2. Vibration felt through all gears and when idling now. Really bad above 80

3. Grinding sunroof

4. Squeaking drivers seat

5. Oil and Filter Change

6. Reverse gear keeps dis-engaging (Auto)

Couple of other minors that I cant remember, but I hope this vibration and brake shudder gets fixed, it's really ........ me off...

I got it in for a couple of days, and am driving my old mans VN which is stuffed as well, can't take it above 60 without the tranny locking....

Cro,

What is your dealer saying?

These things are definate warranty work!! ('cept #5)

1,2 & 6 have safety significance.........

I'd be hot footin it to the dealer with your firm voice hat on.

I'd also be gettin a loan car while it was fixed.

Be interested to know what has happened.

Everything is done apart from the sunroof grinding, I am actually quite suprised, so I hope it is not too good to be true.

1. 2nd machine job

2. Wheel balance - they took it for a spin down the freeway and it was all good. I'll check it out when I pick it up tonight. Not sure about the idling vibration though, forgot to ask.

3. they reckon its the motor which needs to be looked at by a sunroof repairer.

4. fixed

5. done

6. computer update applied.

I will check all of this when I pick up the car.

I took it to another dealer today, to see if the service was any different than Peter Warrens so I don't think I have a right to ask for a free hire car..

And I don't want to take it back to Peter Warren cause they are a bunch of wankers!!

I'll let you know tomorow how I go.

The car is all good, vibration put down to wheel balancing, the rears were out by heaps...

Only problem with the job was they put in mineral oil again...

At my 3000km service I ask for mineral and they put synthetic, this time I ask for synthetic they put mineral...

Should I even bother next time?

Can't even get the oil right, unbelievable, how hard could it be to take oil from the right drum or container, its not brain surgery, at least they remembered some kind of oil
