Hey guys!

ive just fit the Ford Amplified Kit To Suit a Ba/bf. I also have bought the newest gen ipod nano to connect into it. Im getting the alternator whine through it still, even though I have the amp connected. Is there any other cable or method I can use in order to help aid this issue, aswell as the low volume!

to me that sounds like it aint amplified - do you have it plugged into the blue plug aswell as the white plug - if so I would say there is something wrong with th amp

yeah mate there is a difference - the amped kit utilises the blue phone plug to boost the signal and fixes the volume issue and the alternator whine

No, I jsut have it plugged into the white plug as I have a seperate mobile bluetooth connection aleady plugged into the blue one. Didnt think the mobile would have nething to do with the aux really?

Ive literly just bought the BA amplified booster kit from dandy ford, set me back 103$. Plugged in just the white cable, then the other end into the amp and then conected the ipod via the ford retractable 3.5mm jack!

yeah the amplified kit from ford has a piggy back plug - unplug the bluetooth kit plug in the power for the amp to the blue plug then plug the phone kit back in to the piggy back - that should solve all ya probs mate :hiall:
