Like a few others, I'd be into at least one little scarification somewhere on my body. Not sure about a whole backpiece though cos as bluute mentioned, it's hit and miss as to whether your body scars nicely or looks like a pile of sh*t. My scars all tend to be blurry and not clearly defined.

Besides a bunch of tatts and a couple of lip piercings, this is about as extreme as I get so far lol (although these are old hat these days... I had it back when I was 16 so it was hardcore in highschool haha).

Currently at 12mm, or 0000 gauge.

I bought a 14mm plug the other day thinking I could squeeze it in but despite my best KY Jelly efforts, it wouldn't go, so I'm using the modified Sharpie® Marker lid that you can see in the pic lol.

Does the trick until I can get hold of a taper to get me up to 9/16".

lol @ the marker lid.

I like the hand scar in the above pik, very cool. Also the black dude with the face slashes, that's crazy, love it.

I have a few facial scars from falling through a window many years ago. Tried to convince the doc to leave the 8 stiches across my eyebrow in. Looked very cool.

I've got 2 tatts and my nipple pierced. And I like the look of a tatt as much as the next guy (love some of Dags' pics in the Random Pic Thread!).

I fly slightly left of centre generally but whomever decided to do that obviously took the exit to Wrong Town off the highway.

I'm sure it has some sort of 'legitimate' history from hundreds of years ago (and perhaps slightly more recently in tribal type cultures) but I'm an optimist; I like to think mankind has evolved a little in a few hundred years!

Yeah, that reminds me. I've gotta go book my mrs. in for full sleeves and a back piece

Of course she doesn't know about it yet...

The branding/scarring really dosen't do it for me

At least tatt's can get fixed up & gone over if something dosen't look the way you want it to.

I got the southern cross on my lower arm last year while I was still 17, turned out all good.

Early this year I got the Ford Mustang on my left upper arm, it was all good but went a little patchy because of the physical work I was doing at the time, >12 hour days labour in sometimes 50 degree heat. I guess it was the amount of perspiration going through my skin that made the ink blotchy, as I was needing drinking well over 10 litres of water per day at minimum to replace lost fluids. I'll be able to get it gone over though, so it will look good as new.

You'll find a lot of sunlight doesn't help too mate, especially on fresh tatts. Should always cover them with sunscreen to prevent fading
