Note the wiring going to the front of the rocker cover for the VVT. The 5.4's didn't have that.

The direct acting mechanical buckets used for valve opening make the heads much more compact compared to the 5.4 4V engines too.

Then you would've seen the new engines sitting in the corner of the V8 plant? Pretty widely known around Ford and FPV that there a new V8 in next year. Just can't decide on which codename is correct. First I heard hollywood, then miami, and now coyote! Apparently there's something coming to blow everyone's socks off, and I know of another couple of pretty far out ideas, but time will tell, not me - sorry gents.

I'm just lookin forward to the new LPG 6s - no-one's gonna want N/A petrol 6s anymore!

direct injected LPG 6 hasn't been confirmed last I heard. Hardldy had any development money spent on it, unless they've only just pushed it through.

What about Territory though? They are missing a massive market by not offering gas on that. There is a slight chance that they'll package it for the 5 seater though, something they thought was not viable previously.
