Hi All, Problem has happened 3 times now. Twice today and a month back also. 2003 BA XR6T Horns sounding and blinkers flashing as if the panic button on remote has been pushed. Turn them off and a few hours later same thing happens. Now the remote pad doesn't work, tried spare, same thing, have changed batteries in both. Car starts ok and was fitted with upgraded alarm from new. Any ideas would be appreciated. :stupid:

Myne is the factory fitted alarm and its a pain in the ass ,it re arms itself when you are near the car,as long as keys arent in the ignition.Ford says its a great safety feature, which helps forgetfull people lol

you should see me curse their name when doing late night shopping, its dark and raining and the alarm is going off whilst im rapidly putting the shopping bags in the boot ,priceless :stupid:

To use an Auto electrician or alarm installer might be the way
