Mine is the same turbo, I run a 1.05 exhaust housing, and I think this is good balance between size and boost off the mark.(I have a 6boost manifold though)

I have a 3000rpm stall, and can stall it up on the brake.

you wont have any trouble making power.

because of the stock motor, I have not wound the power over 444rwks, 21psi) and the 10.4 @132mph was at 19psi 404rwks

thanks david,I thought you were running one of those turbos.1.05 sounds like the best option as the car will still see alot of street use aswell!im running a 2800 stall no transbrake and speaking to peter from gilroys he said try it with that stall first should pick up more rpm with the extra torque that the engine will make!what is the max psi these turbos make? as we will be pushing it to the limit

thanks for the input

A GT45 and T51R are two different turbo's.

The T51R uses an old school TA51 turbine.

The GT45 has a GT45 Turbine.

They also have different housings.

Be sure to order the correct turbo you are after.

Mines got a 1.05, but its a GT4596R... fairly streetable so for drags it could even be the next size up maybe.

They are spose to be good all day at 30psi plus.
