Yeah wasntthe same without ya mate. Made it abit easier this time we had the floor jack & half our workshop with us. lol. You might have your own animal to run so we have to keep swapping shirts through the night.Would be good if someone could donate a x2 or 3 for a week it would be much apprecited. A big ask & would never expect it but would be extremely grateful. Our only otherway is for the tuner to sit in the car with the scan tool. we're near positive the temp was the issue so the race fuel should help offset that but would be good to have something just to make sure. Cant leave the line with anymore than 4 psi sometimes it just smokes on the line with all the brakes on full & that's with a foggy windscreen from the smoke. You know what the track there can be like. lol Edited 09/07/09 11:30 AM by qik1

(not scary) with out them being removed, these cars have not got a hope of spining M/T's on the line. so if yours does, she has already got it. the idea is to leave without spining not spinning. Spiro actually initially put it tn the tune for me. I can push it as far as I like but can never go higher that 4 maybe 5 psi without it spinning. And yes I know I need to not spin off the line but unfortunaly I cant help it without backing off or stall it up slowly. The handbrakes never been checked so it could be as useful as tits on a bull at the moment.I am still getting the hang of it so there could be something im doin wrong. Yes I do put plenty of heat in them. Getting good at skids in this thing if not anything else.

Front seat & rear seat. Gonna put a smaller battery in as well because the one ive got is ridicleous it almost weighs as much as me. lol. Is there really any other easily removed items. One of my mate happens to have a few lying around so no big deal but is there anyway apart from taking to ford to diagnose exactly which one it is. It doesnt just breakdown at idle so I cant exactly pull coils to see which ones affected. Any thoughts???On another note my race fuels leaving tomorrow to make the 4000klm trip to up home. The things we do in the name of fun. I'm taking the car up to the tuners to get ready for a weekend of abuse on the 1st. Will be interesting to see how the fuel affects the topend power figure. Cant wait to have a good & proper crack at it. I've already booked the car trailer just in case the worst happens down there but its only a precaution because its abit hard to just push it a couple of hundred klm's home. My thought is theres only so many times you can push the friendship. Its never seen the inside of a ford dealership for warranty work in the 30000 odd klms so sh!ts bound to happen eventually. lol. This way ive got no excuse to be soft either. Edited 19/07/09 01:16 PM by qik1
