Most of the time, you can get away with using a compressor to clean it by blowing out all the dust/dirt, but if you must you can just wash it with warm soapy water then leave it to dry before reinstalling it. Best to just enjoy it as is for a while and save up and do a few mods at the same time later on for a decent power gain.
