This is just my opinion but if you want more power then I would be looking at a larger intercooler like Process West has released and bigger injectors before changing the exhaust. The standard exhaust will still flow quite a bit more than you have now.

The only internal difference is the pistons, which have a slightly lower compression ratio and are a little stronger. Everything else internally is the same.
