for those forum members that attended the test and tune @ Willowbank tonight, post your results up here!!!

I will kick things off with the details from my 4 runs, I could have had a 5th run, but just after they closed the staging lanes, a slight drizzle set in and they sh*tcanned the rest of the runs.

Thanks goes to _Spin_ for ducking off just before my runs to the other side of the track and then holding out my timeslip for me as I pulled up at the tower

I ran on street tyres, not ET's, that were fitted up today, so they were still a little bit green. and all runs were on bp ultimate.

1st. 60FT: 2.41 330FT: 6.29 660FT: 9.07 MPH: 90.76 KPH: 146.07 1000FT: 11.34 ET: 13.24 MPH: 119.6 (abysmal, launched it at 2500rpm and it just went up in smoke)

2nd. 60FT: 2.15 330FT: 5.48 660FT: 8.11 MPH: 93.40 KPH: 150.31 1000FT: 10.33 ET: 12.19 MPH: 121.72 KPH: 195.89

The weather started with Humidity 65%, ambient temp 23 deg and track temp 36 deg. (4:54pm)

At the end of the night Humidity 88%, ambient temp 18 deg and track temp 29 deg (8:51pm)

which car was yours, were you the light blue car with the typhoon? My 1st run I ended up in limp mode and didnt do as good, my 2nd was ok, but got too much wheelspin and my 3rd I did pretty good, suprised I got a 13.2 out of it being stock, I thought might be lucky to get a 13.3 even.

was a tonne of fords out hey!

Incredible bad luck, The Bogan was next car to go and it just barely sprinkled rain. Spewin`.. I was sure that was going to be a street tyre 11 sec. pass.

Was some tough cars there, ended up quiet cool too.

Some highlights, Steve`s second run against that very cool and extremely tough looking red XY with 2 holleys poking out of the bonnet, it lifted the front wheel, but the purple XRT ran him down and beat him..

You see so many guys who are for the want of a kinder term, friggin` short, on bikes at the drags.

What you often wonder about happened: old mate flipped a bike, was prolly a 600 or similar sized Japper.

Threw a fair way down the track too, I lol`d when he got to his bike, looked down at it, then gesticulated at the crowd some of whom had obviously taunted him..

It was pure gold, just like the wrestling or summin.. I watched him wheel the bike back off the track, I reckon he got out of it really cheap, not too much damage at all.

I reckon LION ETR blue FG XR6T might have needed a change of undies on one run after it really stepped out near paralel with the track at about the 60 foot.

But he kept it out of the wall, top effort.

Bogan's car was the purple T, the blue one is mine. And yeah missing that last run sucked.

My car is stock though so only went a 14.25@99.26mph and a 14.38@94.32mph. Both runs where not as clean as they could be so it probably had a few tenths more in it.

It was a busy night though, wait approximatly 1 hour a run. Good spectating night though, and old matey dropping his bike was gold.

yes I was a bit pissed at waiting 1 hour an 20 mins for them to sh*t can the last few runs of the night! was lined up to do a burnout!!!

I was still happy with my 12.1 and my mph is still up there!!!

I was in the phantom xr6 turbo with all the shiny bits under the hood!!! and I believe the quickest BA/BF/FG there last night :stirthepot:

and I definately agree that the " lionetr" fg xr6t would definately need a change of dacks, all the blokes working the start line were just shaking there heads at him. lucky he managed to bring it back, any longer and I reckon it would have thrown him into the wall!!!

and I was spewing that I didnt get to see old mate let his bike do its own thing!!!! hahahahaha!!!! at least he walked away from it!!!!
