Dan: Depends what 'kind' of accountant it is. Often those that do personal tax don't do business tax, although the reverse is usually not the case; if they do the business tax they will 99% of the time do your personal tax too.

Thanks again all, I think I've found what exactly I'd like to do, and seems as though it may turn out to be a little more profitable/higher turnover than first expected.

I won't be able to 'officially' set anything up until after my trip, so not until end of July. (Hey there's a good point, when's EOFY??).

Thanks again for all of the input, just wanna get as much info as possible before talking to an accountant etc.
