Posted 18/03/10 02:15 AM Share Posted 18/03/10 02:15 AM (edited) got so much wheelspin it was crazy, no matter how I launched.... either span off line or second or third, few times even whole track it was rediculous, was getting hosed by slow cars too lol think few times when I span second car went sideways towards wall by looking at the videos looked pretty scary..best was a 12.02 @ 122mph 2.4 60'ran with a full tank opposed to quater which I had last time, in hopes to have a bit more weight in rear to keep car down, actually span more :Sthink its time to give up the street tyres or stop attempting to run on them... was "supposed" to run on semis but funds lacked somewhathumidity was down 10% since last time Edited 18/03/10 02:21 AM by djkice

Posted 18/03/10 02:54 AM Share Posted 18/03/10 02:54 AM your skids were awesome mate I was trying to preserve my tread on my street tyres, hence being stingy on burnouts. I guess the street tyres wont hold temperature as well as semi slicks...Unlike last time as you can see from video above, big burnout didnt make much of a difference. Posted 01/04/10 12:39 AM Share Posted 01/04/10 12:39 AM (edited) Was stop start traffic all the way fwy south to get there lol, got there so late and there was hardly any cars... by the time I changed tyres and was ready the line a scrutineering was massive and way more cars turned up first run 11.81 @ 123 1.97 60' got warned to slow down a bitsecond run 11.58 @ 122 1.95 60' got told that was my last run untill I get harness and tailshaft loopcant beleive I gained 2 10ths for 0.02 60' - I felt I had much more in it, and was not launching as hard as I could either... guess that's practice though.
