Due to the cold day on Wednesday, the track was very bad for grip.Off to Bali on Monday for two weeks. After that will be back on the track. Blow-by was horrendous, as you saw the oil under the catch can..The end of that 11.70 run is where the piece of piston must have hit the plug and shut down #1 before being spat out the exhaust via the exhaust wheel. Head copped some small pitting, rings were still intact - just leaking past them, as you'd expect. Bores fine, Turbo not so fine but that was copping an upgrade anyway..Will replace 4 ex / 4 in valves & springs all round as caution, 2 pistons and rings + turbs.Down time is all that scuks - lucky it's coming into winter..
