Krazy Kyle Get It To Wheelspin Uncontrolably Then Give It Another 5 Pounds Cruise Control 2,697 Member For: 14y 2m 13d Gender: Male Location: Work Posted 04/12/14 03:44 AM Share Posted 04/12/14 03:44 AM (edited) well, had my first time down the strip. I now have a love hate relationship with it.so, details are - 5 runsall in performance auto, 40psi in rears (I want to know results in street spec)1st with traction control on, no pre-skid, no stalling, no passenger rest without TC, 1.5/2k rpm stalling, skids and a passenger (55kg-ish... I cant see that being the reason)first run details (showing as it was my best) The car I lined up against was my mate in a 5.7L Statesman with 400rwhp and a 3k stall. around the 3/4 mark I was pulling him back (see final top speed) but he had enough off the start to beat me. bogged down at the start, forgot about TC as I didn't do a burnout first. felt like it had more in it, which is why im upset that my following 4 runs where all 13.1s. Couldn't get my 60' under 2.2s. Think a lot of it was me not knowing how to get it off the line. Didn't have any issue with traction.... well , not that I could notice. Feel free to throw advice at me.... at this rate I'm going to stick to 2 wheels and dirt. so im annoyed that I feel like I could have gotten a better time, but I think its more so driver skill than the car. I thought the absolute (most experienced guys) can only get mid 12's from stock? And average joe blows would get low to mid 13's?

I've still only ever gone a 1.9 as my best 60 foot time. 12.7 seems good to me! Edited 04/12/14 05:40 AM by -Stever-

What tyres you got Kyle? If u aren't getting wheel spin you just stall up more and more until you get it then you know your limit. I couldn't get under 2s without wheel spin in mine but I have sh*t tyres

Oh...F6 should run faster times than FG XR6T?....I thought I read performance should be similar (cause baby turbs spools faster)?Or maybe that's only for the 0-100kmh times...
