Last week she asked me to talk to 2 dealers about certain "sports cars" that she was going to buy OUTRIGHT ( I got her 2-3k off their prices) while selling the car to me. This week, (yesterday) she has gone in and test drove another "sports car" and was offered $7000 for the BA from the dealer if buying the "sports car" for approx $33,000. SHE IS GOING TO DO THE DEAL TOMORROW...........I`m still pleading via SMS and emails for her to see sense (she isnt dumb by any means.....more impulsive) AND SELL ME THE CAR FOR $7000The car has a 4 speed auto that jerks when changing gears and a turbo that has excessive shaft-play but for $7000 (overall great condition) I reckon its a bargain. Maybe the dealer gave her a massive discount off the "sports car" cause he can make up the difference selling the XR6T for a highly inflated price??...............This has sort of put me off looking for a discounted car (but not off XR6T`s)If anyone sees a 03 BA XR6T in Lightning Strike with 201k`s (SE QLD) on the clock then check the turbo and auto out more than normalCheersMick Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
