I saw the same Rav4 camera on Ballarto rd last week.

There is really no reason why that stretch shouldn't be an 80 zone anyway. It's not a very built up area...

To right! The evo is a nightmare in town, the speedo is tiny and there's no cruise control. I go around everywhere 5-10Kms shy of the limit.
