Might be over boosting but then again, plugs are just copper v-groove and are a bit old as well as the coil packs which have seen over 6 months so might be time for some fresh ones. I'm keeping off it anyway until I do get it looked at.I heard XForce changed their CAT design at some point to remedy this issue. Apparently the substrate was in it's own case then that case was welded to the CAT body? My system is over 2 years old so probably an older one. Also if you gut or simply change to a higher flowing cat then get the tune checked asap or you're asking for trouble. If the tune uses closed loop boost control then it's not so bad but for those with tunes using an open loop strategy (90% of you) then for heaven's sake stay off boost!
