I'm looking in to some mods currently and have found that I will prob need a clutch straight away. Looking in to Mal Wood Option 3 with 11" flywheel.I've got 310rwkw and am still using the stock clutch and have been for a while. Just dont launch hard off the line and you will be fine

I've only got 250rwkw and I find it slips in high gears if there is an incline and WOT. partly due to the 13 psi at 3000rpm and the slab of torque it has to deal with before trailing back to 10 psi....Solution? change to a lower gear, and avoid peak boost.... that is until I can convince the minister for finance that an option 3 clutch is needed... I was driving at night with my wife, radio off, no air-con, just peace and quiet... and she says "whats that...noise... it sounds like a kettle boiling...." Took me a little while to figure out what she was hearing...

It is made specifically for the T56 gearbox and is called mainlube (synthetic solid boundary). Google that. Apparently it is expensive but lasts up to a claimed 100km. That's 1ltr more than what they recommend to fill the same box takes on an V8. They over fill it on the 6 to try to quieten it down apparently as it is more prone to the roll over noise. To get 4.8 ltrs into her, you will have to remove the reverse signal switch and fill it from there, or jack up the passengers side so the car is on an angle and fill it from the normal place.
