Finally cropped together a little sequence (it's kind of big for me, my computer skills don't extend much past turning the damn thing on). This is me booting it around the bend onto the main straight - around the two minute point from that vid.

My powerskid. They were lame, it's a different handling car on the track compared with the private road. With the helmet on my head has to sit up in the sunroof cavity which doesn't help either :3gears:

Freaking <3 this first pic. Photographers really liked this corner, and the blue Phoon by the end of the weekend :omg:. Can't say the officials shared their opinion. :wavey: & don't come back.

Best time on the streets is 12.38 mate, the exact same ET it pulled without any hardware mods - only it had 120 MPH at the trap this time 'round.

I think how it feels with more power really depends on the hardware. This Typhoon of mine feels good, it pulls heaps harder from lower than previously. It still retains the ghey intake route through the airbox & crossover though, then back around again - so it's 313rwkw while awesome to me, wouldn't compare to another BF F6 that had something proper like a full Nizpro kit. As much as I hate the lying scumbag's - I've been in a couple of 10 second F6's from different tuner's that run the Nizpro setup & it makes the car incomparable with something like mine. Utterly violent, transforms one of these cars. From factory these are stout, but they're so tightly strung on their leash it's almost a crime! Ditch the ghey stock induction gear & exhaust, add a basic fuel system + tune to suit and you have an absolute weapon. Basic suspension & brakes/clutch if you have an XR6T don't go astray either. Answer you were looking for?

Haha cheers ice, and mt :beerchug:. Love the 7th pic aswel - res on most is a bit ordinary though, probably only good enough for a montage type thing :beerchug:

Tabs, he was getting pics n stuff, I did try to tell him they look better through the back window. No need to worry though, he's more of a metro little squeal girl, I'm the bogan!

not bad , u plan on going different tyres next time or wanna keep the street tyres

haha yer just thought I would ask how it felt with the new mods , yer that's why with mine I have ordered rapids 4' intake as I no from previous turbo cars the shorter all your pipes are the better respose and quicker spool up

you planning on getting different rear springs or leave it as is ?

Nice mate (and your avatar too :laughrolling:)

I'll be down tonight on some old drag radials. If I can get a good hard launch out of them - in theory - it should run somewhere in the mid 11's. I think it could even pick up a couple of MPH too. Unusual for drag racing but I've seen allot of these cars lately, including my own, run faster trap speeds with harder launches over mass wheel spinning & soft sooky walking ones..

I'll definitely do something about the ride height man, Ideally a set of Teins + EDFC once I'm settled into my house and I know where I'm at. Otherwise, the SSSL springs for the rear + Koni reds all round sound like a goer, for around a third of the price too :gfight:

Proper bushes to replace my shagged rear's + the sway bars I received today will also make their way under in the near future :)
