Need Help With Factory 6 Stacker

Hey guys,

currently when I hit the cd button on my factory 6 stacker, it goes to the cd screen but shows 0 cd's in there even though there are 6, it makes a couple of quick noises then after a minute or so it just goes back to the radio.

someone suggested a cd might be stuck and is causing it not to load, but its been a bit buggy lately anyway so im not sure.

I was gonna see if I could pull it out and have a look but im not too sure where to start, I had a look for a previous topic on how to get to it but I couldnt find one. I took out the cup holder, then removed the plastic cover where the gear selector is but not sure where to go from there.

any advice would be great.

take it to ford and get them to fix it

OR

get the AUX input kit and an ipod and use it instead
