FG F6 with tune only would destroy it but that's not the point. We're meant to be looking at the value for money you get when purchasing a $150k+ vehicle. Red seats say it all :beerchug:

Looking at the C63 mentioned earlier, I'd have to agree that if I

a) had the coin

b) could ignore waiting lists

I'd go the C63. Those sporty Merc coupes seem to catch my eye every time I see them...which isn't often!

If I had the coin I wouldn't buy the base model AMG! (C63)

SL 65 FTW! 450kw - 1000nm (limited) Now that's a fast stock car...

I don't mind the Holdens I drive one of my families ve calais v v8 most days & I love it, would have one in a heartbeat but buggar me if id spend 150k on a car wheather its a Expensive Daewoo or not that my T would make look like a b1tch.

If you want a quick & stylish Expensive Daewoo id go the calais v. stock comes with the v8 leather, all the electronc gear you could want. dual climate, dvd, power seats all round & looks sexy as inside & out. stuff the loud red interior. Baige leather seats look hot as. All you have to do is twin screw it with a few other goodies & for $90000 you have an absolute luxury weapon. The only pic I have of the car. Stock 19's on it.

This is a quick clip of Chooka strappin his $920,000k HRT 427 two door Late model camira in Cairns. He went out for a few laps but I preferred to watch it instead of film it.

Disagree with you on that one bro!

You'd never buy a 150K Expensive Daewoo based on BFYB, you'd buy one cause your a one eyed, die hard Expensive Daewoo fan who has money to waste and wants the top spec Expensive Daewoo cause no one else does

same reason that Ford buyers would do if they bought out a new FGHO or something exciting.

163k, just a bit more and your into a datto that will chop all!

A stock FG F6 would run with it. A tuned FG or even BF F6 would slap it.

We were down at the Perth Plex that night when a dead stock FG F6 was running 12.6's on the stock dunnies in the middle of summer. IMO it could have run faster again if if wore the same 275/30/20 Potenza's that the HSV does...

Plenty of tune only BF auto's have run mid & even lowish 12's also. If the "professional" wheels drivers can only get a 12.8 out of the 427 then :stupid: where the farrk is the BFYB in these POS's :w00t2:

375kw @7000rpm

640nm @5000rpm

0-60kmh: 2.6 sec

0-80: 3.7

0-100: 4.7

0-120: 6.3

0-140: 7.9

0-160: 9.9

0-400m (1/4 mile): 12.8 @ 184km/h

I cant justify the price, rather buy a new F6 and throw some cash at it and flog this 427. Just my 2 cents.

Steve

Agreed. I wouldn't say the W427 is a bad car.

But for 150K, you could get an '09 Nissan GTR. 0-60 mph (0-97 km/h) in 3.3s. The Nissan also corners better, has Japanese reliability, and turns more heads.

But if your budget is under 75K, then the F6 is the only way to go.
