I got quoted today $790 for a heavy duty button clutch that I've ben told will hold 350rwk easy and $400 to fit it.

is that cheap?

I also got quoted $500 for a twin 2.5" cat back exhaust + fitting

I'd steer clear of button type clutches mate, very non user friendly...

Save a little longer & buy something that will hold the power while retaining stock like drivability :innocent:

:stupid:

Button clutches hold the power, but they aren't nice around town. Look at something like a Mal Wood Option 3, holds power, drives like stock.

look in the site sponsors sub forum here, mal wood automotive`s option 3 kit as mentioned above is one of the best kits designed for our cars that I have seen,

of course the other options are better but the opt3 will hold close to 400rwkw and iv done 60 thou on mine and have had no problems at all and iv given it hell.

Yea used. Less than 25,ooo clicks on it & out of a BF II Tornado... This is a much better option then all other clutches available at the moment imo & many will agree.

Chasing $1500 + freight :verysad:
