I have just recently brought an BF MKII XR8 ute in octane and was wondering if its rev limited or not and if so at what RPM

I also thought the T was faster but lined up a mate and raped him by a car length or 2.

Can't remember exactly mate, but the rev-limit should be between 5500 and 6000rpm.

Is his turbo auto or manual - your ute, auto or manual?

From memory the soft cut is 5750 and the hard limit is 6,000rpm.

Your mate was not trying, cant drive or has a problem if you beat him as the turbo will easily smoke a xr8.

but yeah I dont thing hes bad and we are pretty on par with gear changes and getting off the line we were even through first second I pulled away n just kept going

also my auto head lights are just always on when the car is on they dont go off in the day and on at night there just always on they go off once I turn the car off though

You probably have a 'headlights on' feature on your car. Mine had it too and it pissed me off so I got my dealer to take it off. Not sure exactly what they did but they did it free of charge
