vcm is still developing some tuners are good with it , usually guys that have been using it on the commondores

find a tuner you want to use and talk to them ,the sct (not really anything to do with capa they just sell the boxes) software has been in use for a long time by a lot of people so there is a lot of data to use when making tunes

but if you can find some one who knows the vcm and the ford turbo well go for it

What do you mean what my tuner is comfortable with?

Why do you say CAPA?

Has any one got any thoughts on VCM.

What I know about VCM you could probably fit on the head of a pin with a crayon ok..... :greyscare:

But when I was researching about putting an edit in my car, the CAPA setup was by far the best option....the've been around since day dot, have dealers everywhere and have the "runs on the board" so to speak.....

You have told us about the exhaust, and with an edit you'll see gains straight off the bat, however, do you plan to do anything else? cold air?, injectors? intercooler maybe?....

"Generic" tunes are just that.....they don't take mods. into account and if your going to start modifying your car...,, and want to get the best out of it,..... take it to a pro and get a custom tune to suit your individual setup and driving style......

Seriously....the best thing Ive ever done to mine....... :msm:

I mean, speak with a tuner you are comfortable with using (based on reputation, recommendations, past experiences, colour of your jocks on the day) and find out what he is comfortable using. There's no point saying "I am going to tuner X & using Software Y" if tuner X has no experience with softeware Y is there??

Software is only as good as the person pushing the buttons.
