This has been done and proven by the guys at zoom magazine to increase power approx 18hp.Do not get a 3" single system because it'll be too small. The volume of the standard twin system is larger. Posted 17/08/03 06:23 AM Share Posted 17/08/03 06:23 AM Greetings WAturbo,I have had a 3" stainless steel straight through system with hi-flo cat.Got minimal power increase (5kwrw), but heaps more torque. Note is awesome too.The 3.5" system obviously would be better but for the extra 1000 bucks could not justifiy it.Although the 3" volume may be smaller than the standard system there are heaps less bends and curves which add to gas flow resistance.The standard system is very good and if your not careful you could go backwards in power.Give Don a ring at Perth Exhaust Centre (9361-3363) he is really helpful, and a wise old sage too Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
