About 6 months back had to argue that I was still under warranty until they read the Extended warranty book. Bought it from the same dealer too.Two weeks ago had to argue again its under warranty. This time they recorded the details on their system. Anyway problem is power steering shudder when parking. Left the car with them all day, when I returned they had replaced the fluid and bled the system. See how that goes was the comment, if that doesn't fix it we will have to replace the HP hose.Phoned 5 days ago told them I still had the problem. Took the car in today, they had it all day again. When I picked it up they had bled the system again because they had not recieved approval to replace the hose. I then insisted on speaking the the Service Manager who explained the process. I informed him they had 5 days to get the approval. Now it has to go back again when they get approval. Even though they have the hose on the shelf they won't fit it. (I havent had any problems myself - as yet)...

Remotely off topic I know, but seriously aren't their computers capable of recording such details? And thus if you don't tell them and have to pay when you have a perfectly valid warranty, surely that's illegal?
