I could have bought a xr6t which would have been unreal. but id be forever asking questions like..."whats the thing on the end of the spinning thing that makes a noise like this pppssshhhh. and how do I make whatever it is louder".. I learned alot from building this project and im now in the process of stroking a 351 to 383 backed with a 2 speed glide to squeeze into my next project. fun and games.. Well simple answer is if you love the car u can do anything with it for the right amount of money. Now im running 318kw atw and yes I could have sold the car and bought a turbo but hey its only money why not have fun spending it, we all work hard enough for itjust my 2cents worth

billy88 Member 15 Member For: 16y 1m Posted 21/04/09 11:58 AM Share Posted 21/04/09 11:58 AM I hate people that say just buy a turbo, u learn nothing by going an buying a car. Also when I baught my n/a ba ute I was on red p's an couldn't drive turbos an for me to sell it now it would just be a waste of money because the resale value is horrible. Plus this is a good way around paying insuarance on a turbo car.
