alexlees Member 24 Member For: 16y 7m 14d Location: Sydney Posted 07/02/09 08:45 AM Share Posted 07/02/09 08:45 AM it also says not compatible if you hook up an apple iPhone, should be the same as an ipod, with mine if I leave the ipod in it tends to go flat then not work for about five minutes after you turn it back on, could a ford software update fix either problem? wrecku Member 170 Member For: 16y 8m Gender: Male Location: Albury, NSW Posted 07/02/09 11:21 AM Share Posted 07/02/09 11:21 AM I just leave mine on, driving around long enough should give it a full charge and when you turn the car off the ipod stays on but the screen goes into sleep mode so its basically not draining the ipod battery. ive always left mine in and its never been flat, I take it out for work and drain it that way because you still need to make it go flat every now and then to keep the battery healthy.
