Tocchi Sandtrap Motorsport Donating Members 2,055 Member For: 16y 29d Gender: Male Location: Perth Posted 02/05/10 03:22 PM Author Share Posted 02/05/10 03:22 PM fuel pumps run - checkelectric water pump runs - checkthermos run - checktransbrake engages - checklinelockers switch on - checkcustom manifold getting made now pretty much.using the "6 boost" style collector (note: they dont make them, they buy them from a mob over east), but with 1.5" piping, not the 1.25"the 5" dump pipe with the screamer (think 2") exiting behind the front wheel.and the ecu, M800, supposedly that doesnt work on barra motors (LOOOOOOLLLL) getting wired up too.it seems Ovaboost & Allfast are quite excited about the car, something about being the same setup as Rod's EL XR6T, but 500kg lighter... and running on meth, better flowing manifold (intake and exhaust) and being DOHC not SOHC....and hes running an impressive 8.7 out of thatstay tuned people Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But it doesn't even allow for the VCT. Whilst this isn't a problem on your car as the cams will be locked in their optimum position (if there actually is one over numerous positions throughout a 1/4 mile run), it just isn't worth the coin imo.Hopefully you prove everyone wrong & run 7's straight out of the bag!
