You will be assigned a case manager and case # - they may be able to speed up the process.I used to work for Ford Information Services and CRC =/There aren't anymore FPV guys in the CRC Sunny. One of the last times I rang them I was told that they either all resigned or were moved to different areas in the call centre. So when you do ring, you only speak to some general dropkick that barely knows what a car is, let alone an FPV.When I rang yesterday, the answers to all my questions were "Speak to your dealer"... Until I told them the dealer was useless and that's why I was calling them. 20 mins later she told me she sent an email to the slowly learning FPV guy, who I spoke to the week or so before. This bloke was good (as in he tried hard, etc, etc) but was useless in knowledge. He called me back a week later in relation to one of the 3 questions I posed that day and closed the case...So I look forward to his next response.Oh, and dont call 13FORD... Call 133 378. This used to go straight to the FPV desks in the call centre, and when I use this number I usually get someone within 5 mins. Must be a slightly priority number. Its problems like this that caused me glue my driving light surrounds to the bar when I took the front bar off recently. Which was to fix the crap headlight to bar alignment... Such a simple fix, but no one in the factory can be bothered doing it.. At least I know I'm not going to loose them or have to buy more when they are never available. Edited 24/04/09 06:11 AM by arm79

But its been very quickly acknowledged by someone at Ford CRC.Seems quick response and customer satisfaction is a sporadic quality at Ford CRC.
