thanks!!! took me 2.5 hours to do each front caliper...

1.5 hours to do each rear caliper...

all by hand!... a very messy job.. I was grey all over my face and hands!..

thought I'd attempt this mod as it is far too easy to slap on some paint and wanted to stand out just a little bit...

just had her dynoed on saterday Sydney Penrith.. at 1pm.. was on 40 degree's!!!! and I ran my stock 255/30/20 inch rims all round.. no steellies on the dyno...

she ran 225RWKW...

how many % loss through a zf 6 speed auto?? about 20%?? if so.........

adding 20% ontop of 225 RWKW gives 270KW at the engine... does that sound right?? she does run flat 13.3's at 107.54 MPH.. 2.0 sixty footers...

I was extremely happy with the figure in the heat wave of 40 degree's with big rims on...

2. 5 hours on each front caliper..

1.5 on each rear caliper...

be prepared to spend some time on them!!...

*start by using a flapper wheel attached to a high speed power drill.. (off main power) no battery..

*sand down all the rough casting to a semi smooth surface..

*then start with 80 grit sand paper for 10 mins.. then 120/200/400/800/1000/1500/2000/2500 then autosol polish...
