The joy of running 20's is you dont know you have a flat until you've scrubbed the guts out of a sidewall....and then being completely paranoid at any strange movement/sound for weeks after forking out 400 odd bucks for a tyre...

Anyone running one?

What type?

How much and where from?

There's your solution Dags...trade the lump o' junk in on a pissat

Know what you mean though after having a flat, every single change in road noise makes you pull over and check. Even worse on gravel roads.

Toyota make a system, im fairly sure it can be retro fitted to anything, will require a strip n fit of all your tyres though, im fairly sure it replaces your valve stems.

Hi,

I can recomend the Hella TPMS - great system, dosent rely on stupid looking nobs on the end of your valve stems which are easily nicked.

Hard to get in Aus, but if you know someone traveling to the US, you can get them from about $300 aud.

Great units - reliable and neat, and a great safety feature.

After fitting to one to my Toyota, I'm now thinking about getting two more and fitting these to my XR6 and STI.

Cheers

James
