I can confirm they removed the "Flash Xcal1 and Xcal2" menu items...The smartest thing to do right now is NOT UPDATE the software until you run out of flash counters! Member 852 Member For: 16y 8m 3d Gender: Male Location: Melbourne Posted 30/01/09 12:03 AM Share Posted 30/01/09 12:03 AM Class action possibly?Well I can imagine, especially with most people tightening their belts to a certain degree at the moment, there will be a decent amount of custom tune bookings being canceled when people find out they need an extra $1000 to buy the Xcal3.Tuners will have their business affected (both from loss of income and angry customers who don't understand, shaking fists at them) while customers are being FORCED to spend money re-buying essentially the same product...Plenty of pissed off people will be out to see some heads roll imo...Whilst it doesn't sound like it's their fault, would Herrod (as the official sole Aussie distributor) be the ones that were held legally liable? (Or at least SCT via Herrod).Or are SCT within their rights to do this??

Whether that applies to this situation I'm not to sure
