Very interesting wording.

"This being said, all new tune sales from here on will need to be done on the X3"

Why the push for the XC3 boxes when that too is old technology. SCT in the US now have Touch Screen Xtreme and/or Livewire products available and should be advertising them. Shades of XC1 all over again.

New marketing tactic...gets everyone talking about the new Xcal3 boxes...

Good to see sense has prevailed.

Dont really see the issue with the Xcal1 boxes not being sold anymore, just as easy to go with a new one if buying new....

While SCT will turn all the tuners back on again for xcal 1............ would you really trust a company that has screwed all its customers for the fault of one distrubutor?

And they are still only offering us the now outdated Xcal 3 as the current option....god help us if this happens again in a few years.

Im hoping my tuner has sniper or other options to go with as I wouldnt ever buy a SCT product again.

So are XCAL2's ok still based on the above statement? I know they're not mentioned but I'm just hoping for the best :roflmbo:

Yep, XCAL2's are fine. I'm glad about that, I'm yet to use mine.
