Let me get this right, those with a box that has tunes in it, can happily swap tunes for ever and a day in their own vehicle, but shoud they want to add more mods and retune to suit then they are stuffed? Also the abilty to get a box unlocked and move it to another vehicle is gone.

I just want to know what this is all about in the simpliest of terms, for those of you that dont know my other alias is CHIEFXRT.

that's correct

If you have a bunch of tunes already in your box, then you can chop and change as you wish

You cannot get new tunes uploaded to your box (no more custom tune)

You cannot get the box unvin locked to move it to another car (as you cannot upload new tunes to it again...)

I enjoy flashing my Valet tune for all the n00bs that work on my car and might be tempted to take it for a squirt.

Actually.. No...

Simple terms..

I still have 280 flashes left before I'm forced to update... Im sure ALOT of workshops havent updated yet.... Call up your tuner and tell him to disable autoupdate if they already havent updated...
