I exited off the motorway and sudenly had a brain fade, and for some reason headed for the Aspley Home Centre. All I could remember was the IGA, so I went to the Hypermarket and then IGA Zillmere, obviously with no luck. I tried the UHF with no luck and I didn't even have a phone number for anyone. Just after 9am I decided to head for Mt Nebo Rd thinking you'd be coming past at some stage. I got there at 9.30am and waited until 10am, still no luck.I finally headed off up Mt Nebo Rd and had to pull over about 30 minutes later because my daughter was car sick!After that I just cruised slowly through to the end of the windy stuff and just limped home with my tail between my legs.I'm so bummed at the moment Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Trent that was an absolute ripper of a cruise. My favourite part was between the first meeting point after lunch to the somerset turnoff. Great to meet you all and must say a top bunch of people.When you peeled off Mitch I had a permanent green blur in my vision from chasin ya through the windy bits. Glad I'm back!!!! FXR6T.com FTW Today was really fun and I had a ball. Lot of new faces since I had attended the last cruise and was glad to meet ya's. I'll sign up to more for sure.Now I've been on a few other forum events and it was actually a pleasure to attend this one. The UHF communication was top knotch, the use of the buddy system was great and luckily there was no major drama's with the two F6's that had the old engine light come on. You guys still do the old cruise gallery thing or shall I start postin? lol, have a few pics that turned out alright actually.
