The best dogs are the ones that come from circumstances like this. They seem to know they where lucky to get a good home and repay you 110% everyday for it.

I adopted a mastif X american bulldog at 18months, He was very timid and suffered badly from fear aggression (thanks to Ninka for highlighting that) now after almost two years he's the best family pet and an awesome gaurd dog.

Well done to all the guys involved with the puppy rescue for helping the little guys out :stickpoke:

I can honestly say that I was that close to adopting one myself if limbo could hav dropped one in on his way past but with, 1 dog, 1 cat, 1 bord and fish we have enough on our plate, oh and the SWMBO wants a cav king charles next.

Even had the dog I wanted decided.

Anyway, pup looks good and looks to be very happy with you. Hop it becomes a great relationship with you.

Edit, DON'T TYPE WHEN PISSED!!!!!!!!!

sorry for the many spelling mistakes!

Wifes new Labrador puppy......

This brings current pet tally to.....7 chickens, 2 dogs,1 cat, 2 budgies and 2 Huntsman spiders.

This leads me to another idea.....why not have a "dog' cruise sometime?

After the've all had their vaccinations, get together at a dog park or something and socialise our dogs with others you know :bopp:

What about us who dont have 'pet dogs', or any pets fro that matter?

Do we go rent a puppy for the day? Or is it a better idea to go out the night before and get smashed and find a "DOG" for the day? hehehe
