From my memory it should be somewhere between 2500-3000rpm. If you think about the rpm and equivalent road speed I think Steve is making more power down low. I just dont know how you could make an educated guess given the lack of comparable information.The only comparable information on those 2 sheets is the actual power curve, they both start at the same place and they both finish at pretty much the same height but one takes a lot longer to get there than the other.Im not trying to make anyone look good or bad but if that were my graph I would be going back to see where they left my top end cause it clearly isnt in the tune.
