The Dekka's are supposed to do that.I have had the same thoughts as you - Install the injectors and then drive it over to be tuned.Although, I think the install cost couldn't really set you back any more than about $100 right? 1hr labour to do it?So it may not be worth the hassle of putting them in yourself. I'm sure someone else will be able to clear this right up for you though.
