5 seconds of not looking where I was going while turning onto Nepean Highway and running over a curb has caused my nice new 20inch back rim a massive scratch over 85% of the outer lip.

Where in Melbourne is a good place to try and get it fixed? Worse case I will replace the rim, you cant really see the scratch unless you look for it, but in my mind I know its scratched so need to get it fixed.

Why get it fixed? I would only fix it if I was gonna sell the car.. :-)

Chances are it will happen again if your Mrs drives it... :stupid:

I too would highly recommend Advanced Alloy Wheel Repairs; I have to go pick up a rim off them his week!

Taken lots of rims to them and they have always come back in great shape; unless it is a bad gouge into the alloy, it can be almost impossible to tell it was repaired

The guys from Advanced.. should sponsor the site or something because nearly every ford or FPV I see with nice wheels (either stock or aftermarket) has scratches on them - yuk !
